I always thought that divorce or separation should be celebrated. People that I have known always mention this recent event with such a heavy heart. I say, “Yay! Let’s party. On a more serious note – It just makes sense for there to be separation ceremonies. Just as humans celebrate the beginning of life with birthday parties and the end of life with funerals there could be a beautiful ritual that releases people from each other.

There are French subtitles to this video. Hit “play” and then look for the little box that has a “CC” in it, stands for closed caption – click on French. E Voila!

Meditation is like a flowing stream without beginning or end. One merely needs to enter and let it take you
to where you need to go.

A good place to start! Meditation is like an endless flowing stream without beginning or end. One merely needs to enter the flow.
