Hopeless – a one woman show inspired by Pema Chodron

Come see an award winning one-woman show inspired by the writings of Pema Chodron.

‘Hopeless’

An uplifting collection of stories, music and musings on the nature of hope, fear and finding joy, “Hopeless” performed by Melanya Helene is a one-woman celebration of exhaustion, uncertainty and the art of giving up hope.

Melanya’s performance style, based in mindfulness and somatic attunement, is an engaging combination of dynamic movement, soulful singing and moments of profound stillness.
