Eva Wong led a drala walk for participants in Rigden: Unconditional Confidence this weekend. As the sun shone over the Colorado Rockies, the group brought their keen senses perceptions, awakened through meditation, to the meadows beneath Boulder’s signature Flatirons. There Eva Wong provided instruction in ways of seeing and appreciating the beauty and vitality of the natural world.
Over Memorial Day weekend, Rigden: Unconditional Confidence drew together one-hundred Shambhalians from across the front range. Approximately a third of the participants were fresh from the first year of Way of Shambhala (WOS), which has been piloted in Boulder over the last two years. The rest were experienced teachers, assistant directors, meditation instructors and guides, eager to participate in this new program, led by Acharya Adam Lobel, which is now the capstone for WOS Year One.
The weekend proved to be a poignant gathering of warriors and rousing of inspiration!
