The Shambhala Times, in partnership with Shambhala Publications, is pleased to announce a contest in which five people will win free, live streaming of Pema Chodron’s Smile at Fear weekend from California October 15-17.

To win your free streaming, write us an article about how you have personally applied maitri, or unconditional loving-kindness towards yourself, in a time of difficulty. Articles can be any length and may be poems, photo essays, or videos you post on YouTube.
