Now you must rest to properly renew yourslf, for this unloading gives a sense of unbounded energy that is very temporary. So please know nine months of preparation, requires nine months of rehabilitation for a healthy return.

Congratulations to th new royal father, for your moments of even less sleep are yet another blessing.. (smile)
